1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:

G01a Chestnut-
Shorten 2x small and 1x large dead branches 40-50%.
G01b Ash
Fell.
G04a Cedar
Crown reduction of 1-3m of end-weighted branches; especially over garden, thinning end weighted branches within crown where necessary.
G04b Cedar
Crown reduction of 1-3m of end-weighted branches over driveway; thinning end weighted branches within crown where necessary.
G08 Ash
Fell.
T08 Beech
Reduce phototrophic limb 3-4m in line with main crown.
T09 Beech
Reduce crown 30% on North aspect only.
T10 Sycamore
Crown lift (2 lowest branches in crown only) and reduce extended laterals (garden side only) 3-4m.
2. All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
