Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:

T1 Sycamore Two lower limbs growing towards the property.
1 - The limb to the North west which is growing towards the South west of the dwelling – Remove the lower secondary limb encroching towards the property.
2. The limb to the North growing towards the South of the dwelling – Reduce branches to a suitalbe latertal growth point, this is to provide approxiamtly 6m clearnce of adjacent dwelling.

Remove the epicormic stem growth up to the crown break
