Reason In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance in the interests of visual amenity. 04 The converted garage area and facilities shall be ancillary to the host property only. Reason To ensure that no adverse effect upon the amenities of the neighbourhood arise out of the proposed development and in accordance with Local Plan Policy CS28 Sustainable Design ‘Development and the Environment’.
