| Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:

Crown reduction and light crown thin: remaining height will be 6-7m, remaining radial spread will be 4-5m
2. All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
4. An additional dead tree located next to T1 on this application may be removed. Dead trees removed within the Conservation Area must usually be replaced like (see informative 5)
5. Removed dead dangerous or dying trees within the Conservation Area should be replaced ‘like for like’. In this case, a similar species native tree should be planted within the site, during the next planting season (Winter 2026-7)
