| Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
01
Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree ID Consented works
T1 conifer (circled blue on plan) Fell
T2 conifer (circled blue on plan) Fell
02
All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
03
Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
04
In the case of trees on land where the applicant is not the owner, the owner’s consent must normally be legally sought before any works can be carried out, even where works have been consented within the Conservation Area. In this case, if the applicant has exhausted every legal route of seeking the owner, and found nothing, it can be considered that due diligence has been done.
05
Replacement planting may be considered within the area, although with the ownership of this land not being clear in this case, the Parish Council, as the applicant, would then be expected to take responsibility for any trees planted on the site.
