Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree/s Works
T1 Crown reduce by approximately 1m, also reduce the tree back from property and balance the crown.
T2 Crown lift to 4m above ground level by removal of secondary branches, maximum wound diameter 70mm and crown clean, remove crossing rubbing and dead branches.
T3 Crown clean by removal of crossing rubbing dead branches and prune to clear property by 2 to 3m.
T4 Reduce back to previous points of reduction approximately 8m from ground level to suitable lateral growing points.

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.

All proposed works should adhere to what is clearly shown within the annotated images that have been provided within the notification of works.
