Based on the evidence submitted, the proposed single storey side extension complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
The conversion of the garage comprises of internal conversion works and some external alterations, although these are not considered to materially affect the external appearance of the dwelling. They are therefore not considered to represent development.
