Based on the evidence submitted, the proposed single storey rear extension complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
The conversion of the garage comprises of predominantly internal works and the external alterations are not considered to materially affect the external appearance of the dwelling. They are therefore not considered to represent development.
