The reason for refusal relates to the following matters:
• T1- T3 Yew- prune crown to reduce by 2m (in line with dimensions shown in photos associated in report.
Very similar works were consented in a previous decision notice RB2024-1743, dated 9th April 2025. As this decision is still valid, the applied works will not be considered at this time.
Please note that as stated on the original decision notice, these works must be carried out within 2 years of the date on the decision notice and the work must be undertaken to comply with BS3998 standard.
