The shop and hot food takeaway hereby permitted shall be open to customers or for deliveries for 24 hours Mondays to Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason
In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby buildings in accordance with Local Plan Policies CS27 ‘Community Health and Safety’, SP22 ‘Hot Food Takeaways’ and SP52 ‘Pollution Control’.
POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
