Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree/s Works
T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,T7,T8,T14 and G2 Remove
T11 Crown lift to provide a 2.5m clearance above ground level.
T12 Crown lift to provide a 3m clearance above ground level. Also reduce branches to provide 2m clearance of adjacent building.
T13 Crown lift to provide a 2m clearance above ground level.

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the notification.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new notification for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.

Whilst Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council grants consent for the proposed works. Trees T11 and T12 are owned by a third party and permission must first be sought from the tree owner to enter their land to carry out the works. Without receiving this permission anyone entering the land with the tree on it could be found to be trespassing.
