Your proposal is CIL liable and you need to submit a CIL Additional Information Requirement form which will enable us to calculate the correct CIL charge and inform known interested parties of it if planning permission is granted. You need to do this even if the development would be able to benefit from the relief available for social housing, charitable development, self-builds or exceptional circumstances. Elevations
A detailed plan showing proposed elevations of the dwelling, stables & fencing/walls drawn accurately to a recognisable metric scale (1:50 or 1:100); indicating dimensions, materials and appearance.
Note that roof plans will only be required for proposals for which a site plan would be unnecessary, e.g. Installation of dormer windows.
Additional Fee
