Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the applicant’s submitted report:

T7 - Ash Fell/Remove

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

The removed tree must be replaced with a newly planted tree. Details of the size, species, and proposed planting locations for the replacement tree shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority, and the approved details shall be implemented within the first available planting season following the removal of the existing tree.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
Informative:
The replacement tree should NOT be Ash but should be a species that will mature to a size that will provide similar amenity value to the removed tree.
