| Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
T1 ash
Crown reduce to remaining height 11-12m, spread 6-7m and crown lift to 2-3m height above ground.
T2 ash
remove lowest limb over graveyard; crown lift to 3-3.5m clearance of ground.
G3 sycamore, holly, elder
reduce sycamore to gain 2m clearance from boundary wall. Prune holly and elder to gain 2-3m clearance from garage/shed.
T4 lime remove epicormic growth and crown lift to 2-3m above ground level.
2. All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the notification.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new notification for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
