The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted details.

The materials used in any exterior work shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no doors, windows or any other openings shall be created in the North elevation of the extension hereby approved.

The single storey rear extension shall not be brought into use until the extensions windows in the south elevation of the single storey rear extension hereby approved have been obscure glazed. The obscure glazing shall thereafter be retained for the life of the development.
