Conditions / Reason for Refusal: Please note that under the terms of Part 6 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) the development shall be carried out subject to the following standard conditions: 01 The development shall be carried out within a period of five years from the date of this approval. 02 The applicant’s attention is drawn to the fact that should the use of the building for the purposes of agriculture within the unit permanently cease within ten years from the date on which the development was substantially completed and planning permission has not been granted on an application, or has not been deemed to be granted under Part 3 of the Act, for development for purposes other than agriculture, within three years from the date on which the use of the building or extension for the purposes of agriculture within the unit permanently ceased, then, unless the Local Planning Authority have otherwise agreed in writing, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall, so far as is practicable, be restored to its condition before the development took place, or to such condition as may have been agreed in writing between the Local Planning Authority and the developer. 03 The applicant’s further attention is drawn to the fact that the Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing and within 7 days, of the date on which the development was substantially completed. 04 The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the approved site plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the submitted details and specifications and as shown on the approved plans (as set out below) (Amended Proposed Plans Drawing No1) Received 10/10/2025 Reason To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.
