Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:

T1-T6 cypress
G1 beech
Fell
prune to remaining height 15ft (5-6m), remaining average spread 8-10ft (3-4m)

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the notification.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new notification for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.

Replacement planting is requested in line with Conservation Area guidance, as the trees are to be removed due to poor condition. Replacement planting should be of native species trees (beech or hornbeam are suggested) and should be planted during the next available planting season (Oct-Feb) after felling.
