The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of
three years from the date of this permission.

The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the
approved site plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the
submitted details and specifications as shown on the approved plans (as set out
below)

The caravans shall be occupied for holiday purposes only and shall not be occupied as a person’s sole or main place of residence.
Reason
The site and caravan design are not considered suitable for general occupation.

The caravan stationed on the site shall be in accordance with the approved design and dimensions shown on the approved plans and shall not be replaced by a different caravan without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason
Due to the site’s sensitive location within an area of open countryside, a standard caravan design is not considered appropriate.

Please be advised that this approval does not negate the need for obtaining any further approval(s) under the Building Regulations. The proposed septic tank will require Building Regulations approval.
