1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the applicant’s submitted report:

T1 - Sycamore • Crown Reduce entire crown of Sycamore by 2m to achieve the following, post-pruning, canopy dimensions:
North: 5.9m
East: 6.1m
South: 6.1m
West: 7.2m
Height: approx. 15m
• Remove 1 branch with decay (as per the submitted) Tree Survey
2. All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
Informative:
As discussed during the Tree Officer’s visit, the proposed 2m reduction should be considered ‘approximate’ to ensure that pruning cuts can be made at appropriate positions such that the final cuts should not exceed one-third of that of the parent branch.
