Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:

T1 pear
prune to leave approximately 3.2m height and 2.5m spread
T2 apple
prune to leave approximately 2.5m height and 2.5m spread; crown lift by 1m
T3 apple prune to leave approximately 2m height and 1.5m spread; reducing and shaping vertical reactive growth

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the notification.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new notification for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
