The C2 Use hereby permitted shall operate with a maximum of 4 no. staff and 6 no. children on site at any one time.
Reason
The limited size of the site is not considered suitable for an unrestricted C2 use.
Positive and Proactive Statement
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any formal pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and following the clarifications and amended description and re-submitted application form did not require any further alterations or modifications.
