The fencing hereby permitted shall be removed before the expiry date of planning consent RB2023/1236 (5th August 2027) or upon making a substantial start on site of the approved development, whichever date is the sooner.
Reason
In the interests of long term visual amenity and to facilitate development of the site.
POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT
This retrospective application was submitted upon request by the Council’s Enforcement Team as the fencing do not meet relevant permitted development requirements. The fencing was in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
