Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tag number 22 Beech Prune tree to alleviate the streetlight obstruction providing a 1.5m clearance of streetlight.
Tag number 24 Sycamore Remove epicormic growth to clear building.
Tag number 25 Beech Remove epicormic growth to clear building.
Tag number 26
Beech Carry out Tomographic decay testing to ascertain the extent and severity of decay in the main stem.
Tag number 28
Lime Remove dead wood.
Tag number 29
Willow Pollard to 6m and manage as such going forwards.
Tag number 31
Beech Prune to remedy the streetlight obstruction providing a 1.5m clearance, carry out climbed inspection of cavity.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
