Condition 03
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building apart from the rear wall of the garage which shall have render finish painted RAL 1013 with stone quoins as shown on amended drawing No. 286-A1-04 Rev P02.
Which replaces condition 03
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building apart from the rear wall of the garage which shall have a calcium silicate render finish ‘Mid stone’ colour RAL 1000 with stone quoins as shown on amended drawing 160-A1-06 Rev P06. The application of render shall be completed within 3 months of the date of this decision.
