Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the applicant’s submitted report:
Tree/Species Consented Works
T84 - Oak Fell/Remove: to allow for the construction of a footpath as required as part of the original Planning Application.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.

To mitigate the loss of the Oak, 2 (two) replacement Oak trees (Quercus robur) shall be planted during the first planting season following the removal of T84.
The replacement trees shall be Heavy Standard (as defined in BS 3936-1: 1992 Nursery stock, Part 1: Specification for trees and shrubs) with stem circumference of 12cm to 14cm.
