In the interests of amenity of the surrounding residential areas.

The car parking area shown on the originally approved plan (Rugby Club Parking 11.04.23) shall be provided, marked out and thereafter maintained for car parking.
Reason
To ensure the provision of satisfactory garage/parking space and avoid the necessity for the parking of vehicles on the highway in the interests of road safety.
Positive and Proactive Statement
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and following highway clarifications did not require any additional alterations or modification.
