Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Holly(G001) reduce back from road side back to boundary wall to be maintained as hedge.
Holly(G006) reduce height of Hollys to be maintained as a hedge final height of hedge from ground up to be 5 metres.
Holly(T4) Southern side of canopy pruned back by 2m, leaving a remaining crown spread of 3m.
Cherry(T09) crown lift to 5.2 m for highway clearance.

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
