Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the applicant’s submitted report:
Tree/Species Consented Works
T2 – Sycamore Crown lift the tree to 4m above ground level on the road side. Also reduce back selected branches in the upper canopy to provide a 2m clearance of the adjacent streetlamp.
T5 – Sycamore Fell to just above decay cavity to preserve habitat feature.
T8 – Ash Fell
T19 – Horse chestnut Reduce back 3 end weighted extended branches over the road reduce from 9 metres to 7 metres.
T20 - Sycamore Reduce back extended lower branches by 2m leaving a remaining branch length of 6m.
T22 – Lime Remove epicormic growth and 4 large stems of epicormic.
T24 – Horse chestnut crown lift from ground up to 5m.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
