Within three months of the date of this planning permission the white UPVC cladding on the dormer hereby approved shall be removed and replaced with Grey Composite Cladding in Anthracite Cladding with a woodgrain effect in accordance with the details received 09/10/2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason
In the interest of visual amenity in accordance with Policy SP55 ‘Design Principles.’
Positive and Proactive Statement
During the determination of the application, the Local Planning Authority worked with the applicant to consider what amendments were necessary to make the scheme acceptable. The applicant agreed to amend the scheme so that it was in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
