Reason To ensure that the development can be properly drained. 03 Prior to occupation all new residents shall be issued with a travel pack giving them information on local public transport (as agreed under discharge of condition application RB2019/0953). Reason In order to promote sustainable transport choices. 04 The landscaping details shown on drawing No. v/14/05 Rev G (earlier version previously approved under discharge of condition application RB2019/0953) shall be installed prior to the dwellings being occupied and retained for the duration of the development. Reason In the interests of visual amenity. 05 The boundary detailing shown on drawing No. v/14/05 Rev G (earlier version previously approved under discharge of condition application RB2019/0953) shall be retained for the duration of the development. Reason In the interests of neighbouring amenity. POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
