Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed erection of a side extension at Woodlands, Moor Lane North, Ravenfield, Rotherham, S65 4LZ shown on the submitted drawings (A201 received on 07 January 2025) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plan would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Classes A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
