The proposed drainage shall be in accordance with details approved as part of discharged of condition application RB2024/0350.
Reason
To ensure that the development is provided with a satisfactory means of drainage as well as reduce the risk of creating or exacerbating a flooding problem and to minimise the risk of pollution.

The proposed rooflights shall include 2 x Humidistat controlled Velux Roof windows with Smoke Vent electrically operated override. The approved rooflights shall be permanently so maintained during the lifetime of the development.

The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application.
