This permission shall be valid until 18th June 2030 only and at the end of that period (unless further permission be granted by the Local Planning Authority prior to the end of that period) the use hereby permitted shall cease and all temporary caravans/lodges/chalets and glamping pods shall be wholly removed and the site restored in a manner to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority, or as otherwise in accordance with an extant planning permission.

The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the approved site plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the submitted details and specifications as shown on the approved plans (as set out below)

The development hereby approved shall be used in connection with Gulliver’s Valley Theme Park Resort (or any subsequent operator carrying out the same operational purposes on the wider site).

Positive and Proactive Statement
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any formal pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, however the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
