Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
T1 – Birch thin by 10%, concentrating mainly on congested internal branches and regrowth from previous crown reduction. Shorten remaining regrowth by up to 1m to leave overall height of approximately 13-14m, spread to remain unchanged at approximately 7m
T2 – Silver Birch selectively prune back low hanging branches, no more than four, to give ground clearance of no more than 5m
T3 – 13 Various clipped evergreen conifers prune tops by up to 1.5m and sides by up to 0.5m all round

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
