Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:

Crown reduction (approx. 30% overall- reduce by approx 2-3m height and 2-3m spread) Leaving approximately 6-8 m height and 5-7m spread. Prune lower crown (historic poor pruning and long stubs) to encourage regeneration to suitable points.

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
