Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
T3 - Lime Prune the distal ends of branches growing towards the adjacent dwelling and BT cables. This is to provide a 2m clearance of the of the adjacent dwelling a BT cables. In addition, crown lift the tree to provide 5.5m clearance above ground level (as measured above the highway), remove the deadwood, broken branches and branch stubs.
T4 - Beech Prune branches encroaching onto adjacent dwellings by pruning/reducing the distal ends of branches. This is to provide a 2m clearance of the adjacent dwellings. In addition, crown reduce the tree in height which will leave a remaining height of 12m above ground level, remove the deadwood, broken branches and branch stubs.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
