Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:

T1, T2 Poplars Prune to previous pollard points
T3 Ash Crown reduce to 9m height / 4-5m spread
G1 Mixed broadleaf Reduce height to 8m and balance spread
G2 Ash Crown lift to 4m height, crown reduce by 3-4m average to balance spread

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
