The building hereby approved shall only be used in associated with the sale of ornamental fish and products related to ornamental fish and not for general purpose retail or any other use with Class E of the General Permitted Development Order.
Reason
The building was approved on the basis of very special circumstances associated with the sale of ornamental fish.
POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
