| Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree on plan Consented Works
T1 Corkscrew Willow
reduce by 0.5-1m to growing points and reshape. This will be from 6m to 5 to 5.5 m in height and from 5m to 4 - 4.5m spread.
T2 Ash
reduce by 1 metre to growing points and reshape. This will be from 10m to 9m in height and from 4m - 3.5 to 4m spread.
T3 Birch
reduce by 1 m to growing points and reshape. This will be from 10m to 9m in height and from 5m to 3.5 to 4m in spread.
T4 Lime reduce by 1- 2m to previous pruning points and reshape. This will be from 12m to 10 to 11m in height and from 10m to 8 to 9m spread.
2. All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
