Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the revised site plan:
T1 Canadian Maple
• Make good previous inexpert pruning
Prune back short 2.5cm (1inch) stub on previously cut low branch on garage side of tree to the appropriate pruning point
Thin epicormic growth from previous historical inexpert pruning of low branches at south of tree trunk, to leave 3 good shoots and then shorten these back by a third to a half to leave a length of at least 60cm (2 foot) of new growth
• Additional pruning
Lowest branch near garage - prune back longest 4 foot section to the appropriate growing/pruning point approximately in line with the boundary.
Low branch growing towards front magnolia - prune back 1.2m (4 foot) to the appropriate pruning point to leave overall branch projection of approximately 1.2m (4 foot) from fence.
Lowest branch in line with front magnolia - prune back approximately 1.5m (5 foot) to the appropriate pruning point to leave the branch protruding approx 20cm (8 inch) out from the fence (in front of first live twig behind dead one)

All tree works detailed in Informative 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
