Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree Species Consented Works
T1 Lime • Crown lift to provide 5.5m clearance over the highway, 4m clearance above ground level for the rest of the canopy and remove dead wood.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.

The dead wood can be removed without the Council’s permission as this part of the work specification is exempt, however, it has been retained as part of the main work spec to avoid any confusion.
