Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed Roof Conversion including a rear dormer at 122, Aughton Road, Aughton, Rotherham, S26 4TH shown on the submitted drawing nos 3 received on 20th May 2024 and Drawing no 4 received on 6th June 2024
if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed loft conversion with a rear dormer window would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
