The reason for refusal relates to the following matters:
• Prune 3 trees to the rear of 162 Kiveton Lane, Todwick, S26 1DL.
There is not sufficient evidence showing that the proposed works are justified, in accordance with industry best practice, as detailed in the latest edition of British Standard 3998. As such, the proposals would be contrary to BS3998 and Local Plan Policy SP33 Conserving and Enhancing the Natural Environment.
