Reason To safeguard the amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties in accordance with RMBC Policy SP52 and Parts 12 and 15 of the NPPF. 02 Prior to occupation a decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV) system shall be installed to each room facing Wellgate as specified in section 5 of the Noise Impact Assessment by Acoustic Solutions dated 27th January 2024 (Ref: AS24-05V1). Internal noise levels due to mechanical ventilation system shall not exceed those specified in BS8233:2014 for internal ambient noise levels.
