That a Lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of a proposed Loft Conversion with a rear dormer at 21, Clement Mews, Kimberworth, Rotherham, S61 2JU for the following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed Loft Conversion including a rear dormer at 21, Clement Mews, Kimberworth, Rotherham, S61 2JU shown on the submitted drawing (23/3569/003/B) received on 30 October 2023) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed loft conversion with a rear dormer window would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
