Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed removal of chimney, roof alterations to create room in roof space with rear dormer window, erection of single storey rear extension & Installation of 2No. Velux roof windows at 32, Spring Street , Rotherham Town Centre shown on the submitted drawings (– Drawing No 001B received on 18 September 2023) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plan would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class A, B , C and G of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
