Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed Roof Conversion including a rear dormer and hip to gable roof at 15 Lockwood Close, East Herringthorpe, Rotherham, S65 3RJ shown on the submitted drawing (47/23/Y19-01a) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed dormer window to the rear and hip to gable roof alteration would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
