Consent is granted to the following lesser works.
T1 Remove basal and epicormic growths.
T2 Remove deadwood and crossing/rubbing branches, remove basal and stem epicormic growths.
T3 Remove deadwood and crossing/rubbing branches, remove basal and stem epicormic growths. Reduce crown from building to achieve 2-3 m clearance, and telephone lines to achieve 2m clearance.
T4 Remove deadwood and crossing/rubbing branches, remove basal and stem epicormic growths.
T5 Remove deadwood and crossing/rubbing branches, remove basal and stem epicormic growths.
T6 Remove deadwood and crossing/rubbing branches, remove basal and stem epicormic growths.
T7 Remove deadwood and crossing/rubbing branches, remove basal and stem epicormic growths.

All tree works detailed in condition 1 should be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
