That a Lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of the proposed ground mounted solar array at Mexborough Wastewater Treatment Works off Meadow Way, Swinton, S64 8AB for the following reason:
It is considered that the applicant has shown that the proposed ground mounted solar array falls within Part 13, Class B of The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order, as amended, and that, the works constitute permitted development, and no planning application is required.
