Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed erection of a front porch and alterations to front door and existing hardstanding at 3, Winders Way, Treeton, Rotherham, S60 5GB shown on the submitted drawings (Drawings Existing & Proposed Site, Floor, Roof Plans & Elevation – Drawings NOP-JMA-ZZ-ZZ-DR-A-(01)001B received on 15 June 2023) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plan would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class D of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
